So I found your thread....they weren't talking about jeeps, or hummers?!? It was all about radars. Nobody was trashing jeeps at all. You just took every time they said something about radars, and inserted jeep or hummer whenever you felt necessary in your verbatim/paraphrase, huh? Why would you do that? I was all riled up, and ready to rumble.

Its okay. I guess I just didn't understand because you said they were verbatim responses. Which means: per word. In other words, exactly what they said to you. Im always ready to defend the jeepin way of life, and ill go toe to toe with anyone who's tries to say different. They actually seem like a pretty good bunch of guys over on that forum.

on a side note about radar detectors, i have to laugh when i see them in cars. not many of the ones i see are very high tech, and around here cops use lasers instead of radar. with laser it can't be detected when the unit is on until the cop pulls the trigger and then its too late, he already has you.

I was just in Oregon over this last weekend, and it seems like lots of folks out that way have radar detectors. It seemed like all the traffic would speed up, and slow down at the same times.... coincidentally, the slowing down would happen whenever there was a police car present on the side of the road. Lol...I figured this little game out pretty quickly, and just followed the flow of traffic.
