FS: 97-98/early99 TJ Safari Snorkle

This snorkle is brand new in the box PN ARBSS1050HF- has never been on a vehicle and eveything is still in the box that it was shipped in. The dealer that I purchased this from sent me the wrong model, I need 99-06 and they keep putting me off and I am tired of dealing with them.
