1990 xj have a rustys 6.5" lift with a rough country long arm kit. all the arms are to manufatures specs but have a bent coil on the passengers side. Does anyone know why and how to fix it?

As to your problem, are you saying that the coil has a bend in it after you finished installing it, or that it was fine then go bent under use?
It sounds to me like your caster is off, and you need to adjust the length of your control arms.
