door problem

i just got sime half doors for my jeep my jeep has full steel doors when i went to put the half doors on the door wont shut it looks like the hinges on the body need to up and bak just a little bit but i dont think that there is an adjustment for them any idea on what i can do?

The striker for the latch should be adjustable.. Take a pic of the half door so we know what you mean and can probbably help you figure it out.

The hinge brackets are slightly adjustable, if you can loosen them. The bolts thread into nuts that are welded to the tub, & the welds tend to break. If you can get a wrench on each nut, you may be able to hold them from ripping loose.

If the front edge of the door is not hitting the tub, then adjust the striker with more or less washers. Sounds like more would be what you need.
