Disc Brakes

i had a question i was hoping someone could help me with. i have a 91 cherokee. i seen that summit has a rear disc brake conversion kit.
does anybody have any pros and cons about them besides price. would it be better to get them or leave the brakes stock?

The stock brakes will be fine up to about 31" tires. Anything bigger would greatly benefit from the extra braking that rear discs provide.

I wouldn't spend a lot on a kit since disc brakes are easy to find in a junkyard on the Grand Cherokee D35 rear axle.

i cant say much for the kit, but wheel disc is REAL nice.. you get much better braking than you will with drum brakes. you will stop alot quicker on pavement.

The discs will dry quicker and not pick up so much crap from the trail like drums do.
