Dashlights and Taillights aren't working

I have a 99 jeep cherokee sport. And the computer port dashlights, tail lights, and cig lighters aren't working. All the fuses are fine and all of the lights are fine the relays have been replaced. Some one please help. The break lights and blinkers work just fine.
