Dashboard cluster electrical help

92 Jeep Wrangler: was updating my cluster/dial lights and as I took the dash board apart and pulled the dials out, I noticed and electrical copper diagram which, I assume, carries the electrical current to the lights. The RPM dial has 2 lights. One didn't work because it looked like the copper connections were broken.

Looking to replace that electrical flat panel.. I don't know what it's called and don't know where to buy it. Can anyone help ?

I call them circuit boards, seems like it would be a dealer only item.

Got it! thanks for the info..i found them, they are actually called "Gauge Cluster Circuit Board"

If it's just a broken flat wire, or ribbon, as I believe it's called I usually just solder a little jumper wire across the breaks.
