Body lift question

I got a 1" body lift for my jeep jk but it didn't come with the steering shaft spacer. Do I need one of these for only 1" of lift?

I've never heard of anyone having to install a spacer for a 1" body lift on any model wrangler.

Oh okay because I saw a video on YouTube of the installation and the guy installed a spacer on the steering shaft on the JK but maybe because it was a 2" lift. That's why I was wondering, I've never done a body lift so I don't know much about it

2" body lift brings things up quite a bit, I could see issues that high. If its like other steering shafts, they telescope so it should extend a bit. Either way you should be fine.
