Blistered Wheels

I have a set of Crager 352 street locks on my XJ. The powdercoat is starting to peel around the bolt heads on the lock ring. The bolts can be removed, thinking of painting the lock yellow the same as the Jeep and using either stainless steel or black bolts on the ring. Heres a photo chop.

The yellow in the pic is a little different would use the same as the Jeep.
What do you think? Paint them yellow or repaint the lock black? Or any other ideas are welcome.
