Billet YJ Inside windshield brackets!

The price sounds fair to me. Maybe your not marketing to enough people.

I hope he gets that job. He just told me he found out his cj has a 4.0 head swap. He is pretty excited about that :)

Thank you for your kind words. I like to be able to offer something that nobody ele has. Unfortunately most people got used to prices for parts that come from China by ship loads.... Open every catalog and everybody has the same parts on it.

Just finished my first set of the inner windshield brackets with the skulls. I have been working on the design for them for a while and finally got a chance to get some done. I actually have six sets done. Planning on mankind a elliptical plate that covers the Jeep stamping on both sides of the fenders using the same design. I am probably going to make a full set of accessories with the same design. Can't wait to finish blasting it and polishing the high spots better than the one in this picture. I just wanted to have you take a peak at it and let me know what you think of it.
Not the best picture, I will take better ones tomorrow.....

Looks good. I don't know where the phrase "Death before dishonor" comes from but that came into my mind as perhaps haveing that engraved on the bottom section. Or an American flag, rifles crossed over each other. Just looks like it needs something added to the lower part.

That's a good idea. I am working on some new ones that are made exclusively for current and past US Navy Seals with the tridents logo on them. They WILL NOT be sold to anyone else but them. Thanks for the kind comments. I always appreciate everything you write in here regardless of the subject.

Cool skulls

Thanks Jason. Sold 6 sets tonight based on some bad pictures of them. They look really cool. Planning on making matching license plate frames and covers to go over the Jeep stamping on the front fenders. My daughter is mad because he TJ doesn't have the same brackets....LOL once again, thank you for the compliments. Did you get your stainless screws? If not, I can send you a complimentary set as a thanks for your business.

No, i ended up liking the off setting black bolts so i stayed with them.

You know what is something that no one makes but would be a major help to cj andearly yj guys? A carb spacer/adapter that makes a square bore four barrel turn 90 degrees. Then the guys with automatics would be able to use their stock shift linkages instead of having to buy the new linkage kit from lokar. Or do like i did and lock their trans shift points a set rpm.

I could do that. I just need some dimensions to work with!

let me see if i have another gasket for the carb. it has the exact hole spacing and sizes on it.

Thanks Jason. Wonder I I should just buy a gasket from NAPA this weekend. If you have a chance, please tell me what carb it will it be for. Then I might need some more info regarding how it gets turned around. I don't know much abut jeeps with automatics and I have no one that I know to have one. Thank you.

Sounds good to me brother. How is it going with that call that you got??? Just drop me a PM.

Just got done with the design for the cover that it will go over the JOOP stamping. I think it will rock. Can't stand that stupid stamping. Why Chrysler had to stamp it as JOOP is besides me. I mean, I know why(cheap) but they could have done a better job. I will post some pics of the design here tomorrow. I fly out to Newark, NJ tomorrow and I have a super early flight. All my bags and computers are already packed so it will have be done tomorrow.

its a square bore holley four barrel. any square bore gasket fits it though. i was trying to find the dimensions online but i cannot find a single one. the gasket has two bolt holes at each corner.

this is what my spacer and intake look like. the spacer is 1" tall because without it, the arm on the carb hits the intake. the carb sits with the throttle linkage on the firewall side but i would like to turn it so its facing the driver's side fender. this will allow me to hook my shift linkage back up.

see where the linkage is? it has to pull towards the valve cover right now but if i had it on the side the driver is on, it would pull to the firewall, just like all the other carbs i have had on the jeep. then i could use the linkage that hooks the throttle linkage to the trans shift linkage and have a normal shifting jeep again.

this is the intake i have.

here is how the carb sits on it, see the linkage is all on the far side?

but it needs to be on the driver's side to use my factory shift stuff

I will make that block for you I just need a gasket to get dimensions and once I can get the dimensions, I can talk to you regarding holes relocations. I have some 1" aluminum around and think that should be OK for that block.

that would be great. 1" will be perfect as that is what i have now and i will just put yours in place of this one.
