what to do with downtime

Does anyone know if You can put a bigger gas tank in an 80 CJ5. Went to the dunes saturday and had to head home early to make sure I could make it to the gas station. I can probably put a gerry can on the back if I have to but If I can go to a 20 gal it would be nice.

i have also seen steel tanks if you perfer. also, the CJs came with a factory option for a 20 gal. tank. might be able to find one at the local junk yard if you are lucky.
