baseball size lump in back tire

When I went to lunch today i noticed my back driver tire had a baseball size lump in the side wall and in the center a little white mark like I had run into something, but hadn't....whats the deal, I have new tires on the way but still saving for the lift so it will be a couple weeks until i can get them on...should i put on the crappy spare or just wait it out and hope it doesn't blow on me???

Sounds like you had a belt separate. Inner wall trying to become part of the outer wall now

It's a pinhole in the inner wall of the tire allowing air between the belts.

so is this going to blow or what??? i have never seen this before and don't want to be stranded somewhere in the middle of the night changing tires

You probably hit a pothole or something and broke a belt in the tire. It could blow out. I would put on a spare. If your on the highway and it blows out and it never happened to you it is not fun. It is very easy to roll over.
