Bad shaking over 50

Just installed a 2.5 inch rc coil spring and shock lift, now over 50 my jeep shakes so bad it's not even safe to drive. Anyone had this problem or have thoughts? Thanks

Did you get a alignment after you installed the new springs? You should if not. As Bounty Hunter said above, if its a violent back and fourth shake of the front end, "Death Wobble"

It could be (and probably is) death wobble as Bounty mentioned, but if it's a steady shake that slowly builds and decreases with speed then it could be driveline vibrations. Do the vibes seem to build slowly and evenly, or do you drive down the road, hit a bump, or rough patch, then all heck breaks loose?

Reading that thread it's definitely death wobble, had an alignment and the tires were rotated and balanced but over 50 and hit a bump its instantly I'm scared for my life, gunna try cam bolts and extended sway bar links see if that helps

Start with the cam bolts and wait on the swaybar links (unless you just want new dis-connectable sway bar links).

I ended up having several alignments done when I was trying to fix my death wobble - Firestone sells lifetime alignments, and in my case it was well worth the money.

Bad shaking over 50
sorry, had to put this in, seems to be one of the things that happens after you turn 50.. shakes, eyesight, hair, and..... I can't remember the last thing...

X2 on what Terry said. And a big X2 on Firestones life time alignment. Even with my high steer kit they have no problems honoring the life time warranty.
