i am running 35" tires on dana 30 and 35 axles with 3.07 gears right now i found a guy that is selling a dana 30 and 35 axle with 3.73 gears in it is this something that i should up grade to b/c i have heard that the 3.07 gears wont last long with me running the 35" tires any help would be great i dont know if it makes a difference but the engine i have is the 4.2 inline 6

If I'm understanding your question correctly, I can't imagine it would cheaper to buy a whole axle than it would be to just buy the ring and pinion (even if the axle is used). That being said, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but the 3.73s would improve driveability, but I don't know that they would do anything to make the gears "last longer". I would be more concerned with the D35 rear than with the D30 on 35" tires, unless you're running lockers. If you're running open diffs the D30 should be able to handle the 35's without any major issues. If you're running lockers and/or you wheel the Jeep particularly hard you're asking for problems with tires that large on those particular axles, from what I hear.

i know the guy that is selling the axels and he said that he would sell them to me for $75ea.I dont have any lockers and i dont do any Hard offroading

buy the axles if they are a bolt in swap.you can use your current axle shafts as trail spares, you will notice a difference beyween the 3.07 and the 3.73 but probably not back to stock ratio and stock tires. i have been running 35s on a d30 with a lockrite for 3 yrs have broken 2 axles,d35 with trac loc no issues so far.this is a daily driver and weekend wheeler trails and mud no rocks.i doubt these axles will hold up in rocks

Sounds like a good deal if they're a direct bolt-in swap. They won't be any less problematic as far as component strength but you will regain some performance lost after the install of larger tires.
