Are all mirror movers the same?

So, which relocation bracket do you guys think is better for an 03+ wrangler? Both types claim to be for an 03-06 wrangler. I suppose I'm more interested in form versus function.

Pretty cool, do you think they will work with the newer (03+) mirrors?

Nah, this says an earlier '87-'02 style mirror would be required to use them. You may see that with many mirror mover kits.
