I have a 1993 Jeep Wrangler YJ that I Have done a lot of work to. I have a Ford 302 V8 Motor from a 89' F250. I have all the gauges upgraded to the Equus 8000 Professional Series. I am having trouble with the fuel gauge. When wired to the fuel sending unit thats in the tank, its doesn't read polarity at all. The fuel pump is on the rail. I thought it was a 15gal tank but while doing some research, all the fuel tank sending units for the 93 yj are showing a 20gal tank with the fuel pump on the sending unit???
Do I need to maybe replace the sending unit to match the Equus guage? its a 73ohm empty 10ohm full reading....
