Dang rain has all the roller coasters closed. As you can imagine, the office knows I want my money back if the coasters stay closed

Now that Sux! I hope the weather gets better. We have a six flags in so cal, magic mountain in Valencia. I love that place, the only problem is it attracts douche bags from all over Los Angeles. I hope it's not the case for you.
If the weather gets worse, look on the bright side, you can take the family to the bass pro shop.

Man, we spent many days at magic mountain when I was a kid. Between knots berry farm, Disneyland, and magic mountain, you could stay busy all summer there. I grew up in riverside.

It cleared up enough that they opened the roller coasters but by then so many people showed up the lines where about an hour per ride so we only go to ride five or six rides. It was still fun though!!

Look at it this way: at least you got to spend the day with the family. To me that is a treat! Family time beats any ride any day!

oh ya, we still had fun. we try to go two times a year and its usually just me and the kids because the wife doesn;t like rides.
