97 Grand Front Bumper /Fender bolts ?

There is a gap of about half an inch between the front indicators on one side of the front bumper of my 97 Grand Cherokee LTD.
I have removed some screws on the plastic protector covering the wheel but I cannot locate the bolts to straighten it up :???:

Most likely, the fascia needs to be shimmed somewhat to get the face lift you want. The front bumper on your GC is a Fixed welded crossmember on the front and has a molded ABS plastic where the facia attaches to.

It looks like I'll have to remove the grille, I copied the illustration if I can't straighten it Ill get the mechanic to have a go when he fits the new front spring next week.

I'm not really too bothered it's not as if the bumper is hanging off I never noticed it when I was buying the Jeep :-|
