I just bought my first jeep and it needs some work. That's not the problem--the problem is passing emissions so I can get it titled. I failed the first time around--test center recommended a tune-up. I have installed new plugs, wires, cap, rotor and reset the timing. Was running great but died at the entrance to the testing center. Would not start back up until it had cooled off. I think it is in the vacuum lines or carb. Rebuilding the carb is not a problem, but replacing all of those vacuum lines will be a real pain.
Does anyone have a good idea of the length and size of tubing I would need to replace it all? It is a 4.2L I-6 pretty much stock.
