84 CJ7. What size fuel line (rubber hose) from tank line to input of fuel pump? What size from output of fuel pump to filter?

I think both are 3\8" line.

Its 3/8 Try to run as much hard line as you can. Rubber line from sending unit to hard line up to fuel pump. The rubber line can start to deteriorate after time it is easier to replace small sections if you have to. Also I have had rubber lines balloon out after aging.
