2018 JK Unlimited, cranks but won't start after dual battery tray install

I installed a dual battery box on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4dr JK. Now it won't start. It cranks but down't seem to fire. I have removed and replaced the whole thing 3 times no broken wires or loose connections. I have checked for blown fuses but don't see any. The engine code were cleared out when disconnected and since it won't start no new codes.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Does it do anything different if you only connect one battery to it?

Actually, I have not even installed the dual battery wiring yet, Just testing the tray install with the primary battery hooked up

Battery temp sensor?

Did you have to disconnect anything?
Did you push wires out of the way?
Do you have security system?

Do you have another key? Is it possible the Jeep has a chip in the key that lost programming?
