1990 cherokee abs problems

Abs light and brake light on in vehicle. pump runs constantly with key on ,but no pressure assist, like having ols school manual brakes any help would be appreciated

If i remember correctly, there was a Recall on the HCU(Hydraulic Control Unit) of the ABS unit on that Jeep.
