00 Grand 4.0 bucking and surging under load

00 Grand 4.0 bucking and surging under load, any ideas besides the obvious tune up. Anybody else ever had similar problems?

Nevermind, after work I checked the plugs, after 119,000 miles the original plugs gave up. #4 was covered in carbon and the rest had almost no electrode left showing. I'm just glad it was a cheap fix.
