is the carb bolted tight to the base plate at the maifold seal (air leak)? Fresh gas tank? Add some alcohol and one teaspoon of white cane sugar into the gas tank. Also, a hidden vacuum leak will cause this and if it is small the sugar will seal it, generally. Let us all know. Robert

RE: Looky at what I did! Make sure you run a ground as described just above, but ground to the engine block and make sure the block is grounded to the frame and battery negative post too. Try it.
