Carquest or NAPA has manual chokes. FYI, it is not a direct fit, you will need to do some modifications on the choke to make it work. Nothing major.

go with Motorcraft 2150 adapter plate, manuel choke, and nutter bypass. it improve my 89 4.2L nicely without a hugh cost.
