Well as I thought and from dingus's helpful test (Thank You) it is the pump. Has anyone heard of or is using an AGR super pump. I have found one for 130.00 online. My thought is if I need to get a new one might as well get a good one. Is this AGR any good or should I be looking for something else

OK I now this has been went over before but I could not find it. How do you figure out what gear ratio you have. I know that you can mark the driveshaft and rotate the tire 1 full rotation, but what do you do with the numbers that you get from that?

Lighter fluid has always worked the best for me. just get a corner started and let the fluid soak in. then the adhesive will stay on the decal and not the paint.
