starting?

I have a 94yj and and it doesnt start right up. Do all of them take a few seconds to start. Reason is I have a 83 Toyota and as soon as I turn the key its running. Is the anyway I can get my yj to starn like that?

you've got a '96?

My '95 used to start right up, now it cranks a little. Very common, don't know what the fix is but I need to find out.

Sorry 95 YJ wasn't paying attention. But ya about once or twice a week it won't start on the first or sometimes second turn?

My '94 fires up right off the bat when I turn the key every time. No cranking at all necessary.
