YJ CAM

Hey Guys,
What are the specs on a stock YJ 4cyl camshaft. I do a lot of highway driving. would you recommend a 440 cam or 450 cam?

I´d leave it alone, unless it´s really worn or defective. A new cam will probably only move your peak horsepower into a higher RPM range. Or with a little more lift and duration will mostly mess up your idle and won´t reallly give you any more grunt where you need it, at the lower RPM´s.
Experience tells me trailer towing cams, work best for four wheelers.

as long as it does not create overlap, you will not lose idle... and you CAN get custom grinds from companies for any application.... email Comp Cams and tell them what you have, what you want to do with it, and how you want it to perform... they can make a custom cam for any application.... i think the email address is camhelp@compcams.com
