can't get my wiper arms from there they are?
is it just to pull them out or what

If you're just trying to get the wiper arms off, all you need to do is pull.
I've found the easiest way to get them off is to use a big flat head screw driver. Just put the blade of the screw driver under one side of the wiper arm (the part where it connects to the motor) and twist it. Your arm (the wiper arm that is) should pop right off
