winter tune-up

Anyone have any suggestions for a good winter tune-up? TJ's been running a little bit rough lately so I'd like to give it the once over, just not sure what all I should do. Bear in mind, I'll be doing it in 30 degree weather in a garage with a sloped floor so the possibilities are limited.

New plugs, rotor and cap. New air filter if you dont already have a K&N, and maybe a new fuel filter. This may sound silly, but I ran some injector cleaner through mine and it also helped out a little.

really? I always used mid grade. one time (in another car) i tried to run super and it ran like crap. ever since I've avoided the super stuff.

i changed the distributor cap and rotor tonight and cleaned my K&N. I also threw a bottle of fuel system cleaner in the tank when I filled up. I'll probably run a second bottle through on my next tank just for heck of it. If that doesn't clear up the rough starting/shutting down, I think I might swap out the ignition coil. any thoughts?

i've also noticed a kind of whistling noise when it's shutting off. it seems to be coming from the power steering pump but it's hard to tell. it's got plenty of fluid, but looks pretty gummed up on the outside like it's leaking. maybe i'll check the fluid again tomorrow. sure hope that isn't going bad.
