will these rims fit?

Will 15x10 with 4" backspace rims fit on a stock 98 TJ - No lift..?

If not what needs to be done to make them fit?

They should, stock rims have more backspacing that that. Depending on what size tires, they'll likely rub your front lower control arms at full lock.

Ya, the wheels should fit. Like Bounty said, the tires might rub though if they are real wide.
