Where to buy a new ECU/Computer?

Does anybody know where to buy a new engine computer for a 1994 Jeep 4.0L m/t? The dealership quoted me at $540...I would usually prefer the dealer for this type of part but $540 seems outrageous. Are there any good sources for quality rebuilt Jeep engine computers besides the dealership? Also, are there any performance options available? I will be using the ecm with a 4.6l stroker motor...

its 183.99 from Autozone, part number 79-8579.
It will be a VDP order, so you will have to put out the money and wait two days to get it from there hub store. but it comes with a 3 month warranty.

Anyone know of any good online companies that rebuild computers? I've had back luck buying used computers and honestly I just don't trust autozone or kragens to properly rebuild or source a rebuilt a computer.
