I have been looking for some "stock" rims. Something I can put winter tires on. Does anyone have cheap steal rims that can bolt up on my 03 Rubicon? If so let me know.

Craigslist is the best bet.
If you have street tires or all terrains and put the jeep in 4wd you can go places that noone else can go.
Mud Terrain tires are okay in snow, but not very good on ice.
There was a story about guy in stock jeep and he had all terrains on. He was crossing a pass in canada mountains. It was a mandatory chains to go thru the pass. the mountie saw that he was in 4wd and had all terrains, and waved him on thru
