What is this thing in my interior for?

I have a 98 TJ se. on the right side of the passanger seat on the floor there are two velcro straps with something to hook into. There wasnt anything in them when I bought my jeep, and I can tell they are there to hold something, but im just not exactly sure what. If anyone has any feedback on this please let me know.[addsig]

I believe that is for holding the bars that connect your windshield to the roll bar. At least if im thinkin of the right thing. You could also just take the bars out and leave the windshield up.. Never done it, but it looks kinda hot. You'll see exactly what im talking about if you unzip the padding on your roll bar.

They are there to hold extra bars that you use with your jack. I don't know if you really need them or not, I haven't had a flat, yet.[addsig]
