I believe it's just another rebadged import.

They're okay for marginal infrequent use, depending on where you wheel. If you wheel out west, or anywhere where a winch failure could mean plumeting hundreds of feet down a mountain, then get a warn. Otherwise the imports may get you by.

Smittybuilt sucks......I've never had any luck with their products. Cheaply built.......should be called Sh**ybuilt!
