Wife says out of the blue, "would you be interested in a 98 Wrangler". As my mind races through about 1000 thoughts, from the Twilight zone, to the X files, I answer Yup.

Don´t know what her motive is, or if this is for real. But I could use some advice on what to look for, just in case this isn´t a dream. I know little to nothing about a TJ. What should I be looking for, if and when, I do an inspection? The price she mentioned was $9500 and it has about 16,000 miles on it. Sounds to good to be true, but what the heck, worth a look.[addsig]

She has been threatening to throw me out for fifteen years. In one buccaneer out the other. No telling what´s running through the womans mind. Think maybe she has a thing for the Jeep dealer, just bought a 95 XJ limited from him and they spend alot of time on the phone. Anything that keeps her out of my hair, is fine by me. She is probably just yanking my chain, but heck, I like checking out Jeeps, and if she wants to spend some quality time together, doing so, I´m game. Beats the heck out of picking out wallpaper.
