Trouble with the Electrac

I know that this product is very new and with any new product there are bugs that have to be worked out. So far my dealing with installing a Detroit Electrac in a dana 44 has been a nightmare. I am having it installed by a professional. Eventhough its the first electrac he has installed the basic install is very similar to any differential. After the first one was installed we ran into major problems with it not unlocking at all. After many phone calls to trac tech they told us of a set screw to adjust the actuator to lock and unlock the diff. This isnt mentioned at all in the instructions. But that didnt work. After many fights with trac tech and them insisting it was installed wrong we finally got a second unit in and swapped it out with the original one. It worked fine. Worked perfectly right out of the box. See trac tech your not perfect. But now im running into another problem. I didnt use the locker right away becuase I was also breaking in new 4.56 gears. Now that my break in period is over I tried enguaging the locker yesterday and it didnt work. The actuator moved (you can hear it) and the light came on on the switch but the axle was not locked. So I jacked up the jeep like they say in the instructions and put it in first gear with the key in the on position. With the locker off the wheels turn in opposite directions telling me the limited slip function is working fine, so then I turned the locker on, they say that they wheels should not turn at all with the locker turned on and the jeep in gear. Well mine still turn in opposite directions. So then I started messing with it. turning it on and off having it in nutral or in gear when turning it on and off and finally it locked. Thats a good thing but it wont do it every time?? Does anyone have any ideas?? Should I adjust the set screw they originally told me about. It seems as if its just not locking completly when the switch is turned on and off! HELP.

Im leaving for a Jamboree in two days and would really like to have this locker working.
