I recently sold my AX5 Used/as is over the internet, when it was in my jeep it had a grind in 2nd gear which i disclosed to the buyer, however now they are claiming when they put it in it is grinding in 2nd 3rd and 4th, however this never happened when it was in my jeep...any idea's why it would start?

there might be a difference in oil that you two are using... in fact... here's a question... did you drain the oil to reduce weight for shipping? if so.. did the buyer put oil back in? did you have quality oil with the buyer possibly using deathly gl-5? there are some factors. also... something could have happened during shipping... i'm just assuming that it was shipped[addsig]

sold my old clutch, and mastercylinder with the transmission, i feel bad because he's accusing me of ripping him off, but it never honestly had any of the problems he's describing when it was in my jeep so i dont know what else to tell him, the transmission had been switched from the deadly GL5 to a Synthetic gear oil that didnt contain sulfer about 6 mo ago when i learned about the gl5, and i passed the knowledge along, he said he's using a Synthetic Race fluid at $28/qt....i dont know how anything could have happened during shipping

Air in the slave cylinder or clutch master cylinder, mine has a slow leak, if I don´t catch it in time, everything grinds. If they didin´t get all, the air out during installation, could be the problem. If you just add, fluid and pump to move the air, you can be pumping for a long time. Could have wacked, the imput shaft, during shipment, which can´t be helpful.

I'm with Mudder, Sounds like the clutch. I've swapped my motor twice now and the clutch bleeding is always very tricky and takes some time(and patience) :-x [addsig]
