TPS Failure

Hey so I have a 1997 Cherokee and just recently replaced the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) and sense then, Grim never wants to start. Unplug the sensor he starts just fine. So I replaced it and it was workin fine then started acting up again. OBDII pulled the P0122 and P0700 codes and then I took it to a shop and they did the Crankshaft Sensor and now they dont have a clue. Any ideas? Cause I would rather not drop the cash on the new on-board computer. Thanks email me if you have any ideas.

the 97 xj's and tj's have a somewhat inconsistently weak wiring harness the harness's were changed out a few times in 97 u might have one that was not mostly the earily 97's your problem could be there somewhere

Thanks for the input, it ended up being a faulty TPS bought from the local Checker Auto Parts store.
