tow hooks on tubular bumpers

I have a tubular bumper with the hoop on my '97 TJ and I just put two towhooks on it. Get the two towhooks with the two holes. There are two holes on each side for the installation. You'll have to remove the two top bolts that attach the bumper to the frame. I stacked two washers over the back hole so that the hook rested level on the frame. Then just bolt 'em in. The hex bolts that Quadratec or 4WD send with the towhooks are kinda a pain in the ass to put in so I just went to the hardware store and bought some regular ones. Works like a charm and the hoop part of my bumper kinda hides the hooks from the front. Hope this helps!
