I bought this to use on my chevy SAS but ended up a different route. It is (I believe) a tera-flex drop pitman arm. I bought this couple years ago and I do not recall the exact manufacturer. It was originally intended for a TJ but will fit other like saginaw boxes. I reamed the arm, from the bottom up, for a 1 ton TRE (1.5" per ft.) I have not modified the splines at all or removed the keyway.
This is perfect if you want to convert your Jeep to 1 ton TRE and cross over steering.
