Depends on the tire too. Just because the sidewall says one size doesn't mean that's what you get. A lot of mud tires run almost an inch small, especially BFG and Maxxis. I ran 235/75/15s on mine stock, roughly 29" and they were perfect.

where you running goodyear wranglers on that?

I was looking to get some that size!

I got bald 225/75/15 on her now!

He is now running 30" bfg they r alittle close but so far so good im sure they will rub when flex comes in to play

Do you get any rubbing with the 2" and 30" tires? We had a '98 and it seemed about right at 3" and 30" tires. XJ's look great with just a little lift.

no rubbing on regular day to day driving at all of course my set up is wide tires that had to have wheel spacers too
