Tires and Lift Kits

So any thoughts on 33x15.5x16 vs 33x12.5x16 on a 07 Jk? Still debating on which lift kit to go with any one have any suggestions? Looking to do some crawling and some trail driving. Looking to go with a 3 to 6 inch lift.
