Tire size upgrade

I have a stock 2013 Rubicon 4 door. I would like to move up to 33in tires. Can this be accomplished without rubbing, and without a lift? I am concerned that when the sway bars are unlocked the tires will make contact with body. Also, any suggestion on 2 in lifts,if it is necessary, would be appreciated. I would like to keep the stock wheels, and have been told that with a 2 in lift, I will also need wheel spacers.

From what I've read, you may need a 1 inch spacer. Here's another link for you:

I would just go with a 2 inch spacer lift kit.
