Tie Rod question

Well I've been hearing a popping noise coming from the front end of my jeep since my last trip out and I crawled under tonight to see if I could pinpoint it. Checked the u-joints first but they're still solid and noticed my tie rod is bent. Had my friend turn the wheel and when he turned left the tie rod was twisting towards the rear and into my diff cover. Can I bend the tie rod back straight? Or better yet is a 93 yj tie rod interchangeable with any other jeep d30 axles? Cherokees litter the local pull-a-part like flies. Not really looking to upgrade at this point I have too many other projects going on and would like to keep this a low budget fix.

unless you want to make your own, the YJ steering is unique to the YJ, unlike TJ, MJ, XJ, ZJ that are all interchangable. but the YJ steering is far superior to those setups so I would just replace what you have, or fab up your own out of DOM tubing and use 1 ton chevy TRE or heim joints
