I've not even started on my lift yet & I'm looking @ spending money I don't have. I want an SYE for my Jeep so I can retain clearance... other than the SYE & a CV Drive Shaft, what else am I looking at here?

I just did this to mine and it's pretty simple. If you have basic skills you can do it in a couple hours.

You will also need adjustable upper control arms for the rear axle in order to point the pinion upward at the transfer case output.

Consider buying a used TJ or XJ front driveshaft, then have it shortened and balanced for use in the rear. Good affordable alternative to buying new.

The super short SYE is a good option for a little more money, will add to the rear driveshaft length. It's got an inductive pickup for the speed sensor so you will need a speedo calibrator like that offered by Dakota Digital for $80 if you want to adjust the speedo. I run one so I can easily adjust the speedo for different size tires.
