Suspension lift?

I just bought a 2004 TJ with a 3 inch body lift with 35's on it. I want to raise it a little more to give more room for the tires. What would be the best suspension lift solution for this?

4" suspension lift and reduce the body lift to 1" max. A longarm lift is best, but not necessary if on a budget. Also consider installing a SYE (slipyoke eliminator) on the transfer case and a CV rear driveshaft. Installing a SYE setup will correct rear driveline angles but will also require upper adjustable control arms in the rear.
