Stuck torx bolts

I am replacing my tailgate and had to drill out the torx bolts on the tailgate hinge on the actual tailgate. I can’t get the torx bolts to budge on the body side even with plenty of solvent and an impact wrench. I do not want to drill out the bolts on the body any suggestions on getting them out???

Weld a nut to the bolt, filling the nut with metal. The heat will help it break loose.

You can get a left-handed drill bit smaller than the bolt diameter, it may not get into the threads and has a chance to back the bolt out if the bit bites hard. Don't forget PB Blaster is your friend, especially if you can get to the backside of the tub where the threads are exposed.

Most likely going to have to weld a nut on like Bounty said... I've never had any luck with the ez out bits, but you could try them.

Thank you, now why didn’t I think of that considering my welding machine is sitting right next to my Jeep because I just welded on my tow hooks…
Welders and towhooks don't mix IMO
I should not have called them tow hooks it is my attempt at making brackets on my front bumper (which is made from 4" square tube 1/4" thick) for D rings. If I get it right I will have to post pic's.

Okay, that's a little different, just needed to toss that word of caution out there.
