soft door adjustment

I put a hard top on a 93 Wrangler and do not want to use full doors. What if I cut the upper soft door frame and round it to match the hard top tack weld and re-sew the skin. Anybody done this--will it work??:shock:

they make soft uppers for the hardtop. i think they even make soft doors to go with the hardtops.

This is why I joined the forum. I was told you could not buy soft uppers. $ wheel has them for $300.

You would need to find the uppers off a TJ i think that already has the rounded corners.
