Snorkel kit

Just a quick question yall, i'm in the process of installing a homemade snorkel kit (alot cheaper than $500 from a catalog!) my question ias what should I do with the vacuum tubes and the preheater hose that is currently attached to my breather? Is it ok to just cap off the preheater hose and leave the vacuum lines unhooked or should I try to patch them into the snorkel kit?

Patch them in, if you are using 3" PVC, you should be able to drill holes close to the size of air fittings and screw them in,(they will make their own threads).

ya that's what I was thinking about doing just to keep them in use but ya thanks man.
